my grandson who is 3 iscomplaining about his penis. he gets stuck now and again to his scrotum at times and will n ot allow anyone to touch him. his dad put him in the bath to unstick him. he hates anyine touching him like his parents when they are bathing him

Hot seitz bath and local application of combination of steroid and antibiotic ointment like Betamethasone and framycetin will be helpful.
