Why Does My Penis Stay Erect Always?

hello sir, i am 21 years old. I musterbaded for 7 years.Now i cant give up sir. I am getting totally frustrated and can t live like a normal people.Because of i am facing a embarrasing problem like my panis is getting hard anytime.while i m doing my homework, hunging out with friends or bussy with other works then still sometimes i feel my panis is getting hard.I guess i m facing this problem more then 10 hours a day as well while i am sleeping. I also suffering some pain in testicle and testicle related veins...I apolozise for my poor english sir.. Can u help me, i want to live like a normal people.This kind of problems just ruins my life and i m lossing my hope & confidance.how can i pay as i am a student of a poor country.but if i could manage the money but i have no creditcard.i m sorry Doctor.

* Persistent and recurrent hardening of penis indicates hyper excitability of pelvic splanchnic nerves and which can be related to alterations in nerve conduction pathways or myelin covers involving the narrated nerves.

Kindly get a doppler penis, nerve conduction study for the same with or without an MRI as per the clinician judgment ahead.
