Why Does My Right Side Feel Tingly And Numb?

I started feeling strange about 20 minutes ago. I had been leaning on my right hand & it felt like it was going to sleep so I changed positions, but it still feels like that as well as my right side back & face feel tingly/numb. Should I be concerned?
