hello, I have random itches on my thighs that turn into bruises even if I don t itch them at all. The first time this happened, my thigh was really itchy at work, so I itched it through my jeans. Fungal infections in the thighs and groins are very common in hot weather.
Fungal infection will require an anti fungal tablet (Fluconazole) and application of anti fungal cream.
