Why Does My Stomach Make Rumbling Sound After Eating?

My stomach has this rumbling sound everytime i finished eating or when I lie on my bed. I also feel dizzy and want to throw up sometimes. Last year, everytime i eat i feel a burning sensation on my right shoulder. My family have a history of high blood pressure and I was if that is the problem or not ?
My age is 24 yr old, 5ft 6, weights 120 Ib
