Why Does My Vagina Hurts To Have Sex?
yes i am 54 yrs. old an unable to have sex. my husband and I have not had sex in 6 months because it hurts me to bad. I am unable to take hormones because I had breast cancer 13 yrs. ago. I have tried everything. All the vaginal lubricants and the estrogen which is placed vaginal 3 times a week and still have no luck. I have a appointment with my doctor next week and I dont know what to do do you have any suggestions?

give time in foreplay so it help to make it lubricated and wet enough to have sex
require open communication and be relaxed every time because stress cause dryness
