Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i feel really weird after i take a shower, i always feel empty and lonely, sad and very turned off, sex seems pointless and almost disgusts me. I feel a bit depressed after i take a shower, though i do not experience these emotions every time i shower however i only feel these emotions after a shower not any other time. Can you help explain what this means please?
I went through your details. All these feelings comes from your way of thinking and attitude. you are too obsessed with your negative thoughts. Nobody can be depressed from a shower other than people who are obsessed in such thinking. You feel empty and lonely because you are so. You need to change your attitude and approach. consult a psychologist for counseling.
