Why Does One Have Severe Itching During The Night Time?
My husband has an issue with itching.. it tends to be more severe at night time.. no rash That s oblivious.. he does have the starting stages of cirrhosis of the liver..( he does not drink anymore) .. this is not a all the time thing it comes and goes- but is worse at night. Any thoughts?

Pruritis, or itching, can certainly come from liver disease. If it is bothering him, a medicine called Cholestyramine might be able to help.
