Why Does One Have Vibrating And Pulsating Veins?
My chest hurts most of the time. have had all the tests and my heart is good. Dr says i have vibrating and pulsating veins. I am on 1000 mg Renexa and 60mg isosorbide. I have been a medical mystery for over 2 years. This medicine helps my chest when i lay but i still cant stand or sit with feet on the ground with out sick/dizziness/chest hurting. Could it be something else. This last Dr gave diagnosis after he did heart cath.

generally veins are not pulsatile. if they are pulsatile and vibrating like artries then suspicion of arterio-venous fistula (AV fistula) will click in mind. for that ultrasound Doppler or angiography required to confirm the diagnosis . some time little bit pulsation and vibration may happen due to closely placed highly pulsatile artery
