Why Does Skin Peeling Occur?

Hi doctor. I have experienced some part of my glans skin peeling. It looks disturbing to me. I am 30. Can you please help me. The tip is moist when i pull the foreskin. But i see some skin peeling near the edge of the glans. Need your help urgently as i am feeling low about it.
