General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi,
Do you had any history of trivial trauma? It can be from that or a superficial skin infection. If you send a picture of the affected area then it will be more helpful. Blood routine investigation and sugar levels should be checked to rule out any signs of infection. Antibiotics will be required in such case.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
