Why Does Swelling Of Vein Burn And Pain When Moved?

My vein was burning (about 2 in.) and it swelled up immediately. Just in those 2 in. It bruised right after the burning sensation went away. The bruise has become wider and longer everyday for three days. I have a tender spot also (same spot as when it was "burning"). It also hurts when I move it a certain way or try to put any pressure on the wrist.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
CTS-Carpal Tunnel Syndrome / or could be from Tenosynovitis / wrist Arthritis / or could be from Neuralgic causes with TOS-N-Thorasic OUtlet Syndrome-N(with nerve entrapment)/ or could be from Multiple Sclerosis.
CT Neck / Chest / X-ray Wrist / would fix the exact cause .
I would suggest Second Opinion from OrthoPedic Surgeon , who would check and investigate according to causes of it and would plan further treatment in your case.
