Why Don't I Have Early Pregnancy Symptoms When Doctor Has Confirmed My Pregnancy ?
hi.. i have confirmed with doctor that i am 5 week pregnant , but there are no early pregnancy symptoms like vommiting and naushia. i have breast tenderness but its not very remarkable. moreover i have very less white discharge just like i use to have before pregnancy, what can be the possible reasons for this kind of things?? is everything allright with me??

Well it need not be that you should have all the symptoms of pregnancy early on itself it is better you get an ultrasound scan done to confirm the pregnancy and relax.
In pregnancy one may find white discharge, breast heaviness, nausea, vomitting , but this may not be very much appreciated as well , even other wise the pregnancy is normal, provided the scan and reports are normal with good examination findings
I suggest you need not worry, and get a scan done from your doctor to assure everything is fine
