Why Don't You Find Any Change In The Body Structure Even After Exercise?
hi i'm 21 years of age and i'm going to gym everyday and does the workout for 1 hour but there is no change in my body structure compared to my friends coming with me to gym. the only difference with me and them is that i'm a pure vegetarian. how can i overcome this problem.
Doing exercise resistant or aerobic is both good for health ( the latter is better actually). Dont get frustrated seeing your buddies getting fit, genetics, environment, psychological stress plays huge role in body metabolisms like loosing fat and building muscle. I recommend you to follow some steps:
- get a good night sleep 7-8 at least - its okay to be a vegetarian just eat pulses and cereal mixes( wheat or rice with any daal - avoid soy ( may contains estrogen like compounds) - take some vitamin and mineral supplements especially vitamin D3 - 2000 IU daily with zinc - 15 mg and magnesium traces - take some whey protein shakes with lots of water and finally never give up
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
