Why Experiencing Dull Pain Between Breasts While Taking Breath?

I have been experiencing coming and going dull pain between my breasts, slightly to the right. It has been like that for about an hour. when I take a deep breath, I can feel it a bit stronger at the end of the breath. It seems a little bit less strong now, but I can still feel it.

Hello,
Thanks for your query.
It seems a pain to be of GERD origin for which you need to take pantoprazole tablet twice daily before food for at least 1 month and look for improvement. If improvement is there take that medication twice daily for 2 more months irrespective of symptoms. You should take bland diet, avoid fast food, drink plenty of water (3-4 liter daily), sleep in a high pillow and avoid ice cream, cold drinks, tea, coffee and fatty diet. Mean while you may go for a chest x-ray and an ECG to exclude other causes.
Thank you.
Regards
