Why Experiencing Numbness In Leg After Prolonged Standing After Knee Replacement?

I had a knee replacement almost two years ago and everything is fine with the knee, but now when I stand for prolonged time periods, my whole leg gets numb and then my knees give out. What could this be? I am a diabetic as well. YYYY@YYYY
