Why Face Remain Cold Even During Hot Summer? Sugar And BP Under Control With Medication
hi my mother is 58 years old height 5.6 and weight 80kg her face remains cold all the time even in extreme hot summer.she has operated her both eyes and removed catric.1 operation in 2008 and other in 2009.she is a sugar and blood pressure patient but using medicin and both r under control .i just want 2 ask that y her face remains cold all the time.
