Why Feeling Dizzy All Of A Sudden?

I am a 16 year old boy and all off a sudden my reaction time slowed and i began to feel extremly dizzy and i was in my car and all of a sudden I felt as if my body just shut down and then thanks to my friend he shook me and I was able to wake up and was back o normal but still felt dizzy what does that mean?

Since you a 16 years old young , so dizziness may be due to these possibilities , these includes.
1 Hypotension ,sudden lowering of blood pressure may be the main reason . So get in an examination of blood pressure 4-5 days because Hypertension also may be the reason of dizziness.
2 Anxiety or tension may be the another such reason .
3 Vertigo due to vestibulococcchlear nerve may be another reason . Consult an E N T and get an examination for any involvement of 8th cranial nerve , because this is also main cause of such dizziness.
4 Motion sickness may be the another cause of dizziness in a moving car.
In my opinion just way and watch , if recurs then consult an E N T and get his opinion.
