I haven't been feeling up to par lately and wanted to know what possible reasons that might be why.
The other day I woke up feeling like I couldn't breathe so I went to the bathroom turned on the hot water let the room fill with the hot steam and I stayed in there for about a minute. Later I took a shower the water wasn't too hot but it wasn't quite just warm either. I started to feel really dizzy so I turned the heat down to a warm cool thinking it was too hot. But a few moments later I noticed that my eye sight was getting blurry so I quickly got out and went to my room where I shortly lost all eye sight my hearing went fuzzy and I became nauseated. Later in the day I had a fever And pretty bad lower back pain comparable to what I feel around that time of month. As well as feeling pressure in lower abdomen. I don't know if I should go see a doctor or not worry
