General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic. Tasteless tongue is generally seen when a person has virals or any other infection, even a deficiency of minerals might also lead to one. But I would advice you to not randomly get yourself treated on your own. Pl consult with a physician and also confirm with a dentist, your problems havent got anything to do with teeth/ gums. Some drugs may also cause this. So do not take pills unless adviced by a doctor. Take care.
