Why Has The Severe Itching In Armpits, Stomach And Anal Area Not Subsided Despite Using Mamotte Lotion And Teczine?

I am having severe etching in the armpit , stomach area, anal area, between thighs consult a doctor he had prescribed mamote lotion and teczine tab took it for 10 days and also told its because of micro organism but my problem still presist request to suggest other medicine for the permanent remedy

Scabies can cause lesions/itching on abdomen, legs, thighs, trunk, arms and hands. The itching is specially troublesome at night time.
If i was the treating doctor i would have asked her to apply a 5% permethrin cream over whole body except face and keep it overnight.
An oral antihistamine like cetrizine will help to control the itch
It is advisable to wash all the clothes including bed sheets, towels, pillow covers, handkerchiefs etc to prevent reinfection
