Why Hasn T My Girlfriend Missed Her Periods This Time?
Hi, I had a sex with my girlfriend 12-14 days before than after 10-11 hours of our sex she had taken i-pill . We had done home pregnancy test 3 time after the delay of her periods. This test is done after the delay of 10-14 days of her periods. She is taking home remedies to induce period but still not getting her periods. She is not having any symptoms of pregnancy in her body. Is there any chances of her pregnancy? If not than why is not getting her periods and please suggest that how she will get her periods.
Hi. I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
I-pill if taken with in 72hrs is effective, but not always 100% protective. As it's been 10- 14days of missed periods, I advice you to, - Do serum beta HCG test which is more reliable than HPT. - Consult your doctor for further assistance
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon. Regards, Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician
