Why Have I Had Heavy Bleeding With Clots For The Past 3 Months Followed By Brown Discharge After Taking Novelon?
I have heavy bleeding with clots for past 3months. So doctor suggested me Novelon for 21 days. After two days my heavy bleeding and clots are gone totally but it s been 16days brown discharge and very slight bleeding is there while on the pills. I am afraid...its my first time to take contraceptive pills. Is it normal?

Your problem of profuse bleeding seems to be due to hormonal imbalance. Novelon is a combined hormonal preparation. It will overcome the imbalance gradually with cyclical treatment of Novelon. Please consult your doctor periodically and follow the instructions given strictly.
