Why Having An Urge To Do Bowel Movement After Rectal Ultrasound?

Hi I'm currently taking Doxycycline to treat my severe moderate acne & have not yet experienced any side effects in the last 12 days. However, today I had a Dr.'s Appt with a Gastrologist & had an ultra sound done on my rectal area because I have an anal abcess fistula. I was feeling fine before the visit, but now I keep having the urge to have a bowel movement & nothing comes out. But I'm having an unusual feeling of discomfort in my feet while sitting on the toliet & I get nauseated too.
