Why Having An Urge To Urinate But Nothing Comes Out And Emptying Bladder During Sex?
I have this pain on my left lower back then feel as if I have to urinate. When I do hardly anything comes out. I urinate before sex but while I m having sex I still end up urinating. And I know its urine because the only way for me to completely empty my bladder I would have to have an orgasm.

It might be due to uti, I would suggest you to drink plenty of water, drink cranberry juice. Go for urine analysis.
Need for antibiotic can be decided based on the investigation report.
