Why Having Blurred Vision With Gas Problems?

hi i been having alot of gas and blured vision i had a stomach problem before i developed these symtoms i had diarriah nausea loss of apitite during that time I developed a anal fissure I had a colonscope and that did stool samples for crohns and salmonella I came back negative a I.started feeling a lot better two weeks ago no more nausea no more diarria but I still sometimes have blurred vision and I'm treating the fissure and have gass I eat normal now but I don't know why I still have the blurred vision
