Why Having Dull Achy Pain With Cramps In Lower Abdomen Every Time While Using Restroom?

I felt sick yesterday and i took some nyquil, but right before i KO i was drinking a lot of water. I fell into a deep sleep until i started to cramp because my bladder was full. Usually when this happens i use the restroom and then it will go away fairly quick. Its been a day and i still have this cramping dull achy pain in my lower abdomenn. It feels like constipation and gas with cramps. And now it hurts every time i use the restroom. What could this be?

thanks for your query.you are having cramp like sensation each time you urinate,no?this is what we call dysurea.it is one of many symptoms of urinary tract infections.also,there can be intermitent lower abdominal pain,and increased frequency of urination,and sometimes fever.it is better to check your urine(urine routine examination).to guide your treatment,i need to get the result of urine.if it shows excess pus cells,you need to take antibiotics.meanwhile,take plenty of water.
