Why Having Pounding Headaches, Hot Flashes, Loss Of Appetite And Nausea After Having Vyvanse?

I am 21 years old, and a female. I have been having pounding headaches, hot-flashes at work, decreased appetite and mild and rare bouts of nausea. I dont know where these symptoms are coming from. I am on Vyvanse for my ADHD and Depression (it causes extreme lack-of-motivation for me). I know that the Vyvanse can cause decreased appetite, so I'm not focused on that. What's going on with me?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms could be due to functional condition that you have but it can not be taken as granted for that until and unless the systemic cause ruled out and I would suggest to get done the live function test just to rule out the liver infection even imaging study can be thought in case of positive finding of infection, second it could be due to gastritis and it may be due to hyperacidity which is common in functional kind of illness and for that you can try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, Domperidone 20 mg once in day, hope this information helps.
