Internal Medicine Specialist, Dr. Ivo Ditah's Response
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these dizzy spells that you have reported. Please, the most common cause of dizziness is dehydration. make sure you drink enough fluids and more so if you are in a hot weather. Always take the time to stretch in between tasks so as to help improve blood circulation to all parts of the body. Should they persist even after proper fluid intake, please get evaluated by your primary care doctor.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be and I will gladly respond to.
