Why I Am Getting Hot Even In Air Conditioned Environment?

I am a 29 yr. old female, 5'3", and weigh 135. Once or twice a year I get really really hot for no reason (I could be inside in the airconditioning) both arms get tight I feel naucious and drip sweat and it's hard to breathe when I move; getting lightheaded I usually just lye down on the bed and try not to move until it passes usually takes about 30 mins. I've had anxiety attacks in the past, but nothing like this. What could be wrong?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that chances of thyroid dysfunction need to be ruled out although this would be very less likely more or less this could be functional condition, hope tis information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
