Why I Am Not Having Pregnancy Symptoms?

ok I'm 9 weeks pregnant had a normal pap smear and blood work came back excellent last week last day or so I haven't felt as many symptoms is that normal? I do have a ultrasound tomorrow morning hut I'm worried about a miscarriage. I'm having no cramps and I'm not bleeding.

Hi,welcome to health care magic.I can understand your concern,you should not get worried some women do not have any symptom .go for ultrasound to confirm cardiac activity .Thanks and all the best.
