hi just wondering if you could tell me why i have been pooping so much. It is not diarrhea either it is full stools like i have never been like this i dont feel sick but i just poop so much at a time and like 3 times a day maybe more i still weigh the same
HI Well come to HCM Thank for asking, let me inform you that passing the stool three to four time in a day is normal and it may not be due to any disease, but more or less it may be depends upon the diet taken and eating habit. As long as the diet and meal are concern one need to be very much particular and highly disciplined, "Eat more live less" always have balanced diet, healthy fresh diet, regular meal on fix time every day, irregular habit of eating at any time is harmful may disturbs the digestive function, keep regular habit of defecation, drink plenty of water, regular exercise is also good for healthy digestion. hope this information helps.
