am pregnant also i have been prescribed ANC profile test from a goverment hospital what is this test and what are tests which come under this profile also i want to know what are the requirments and precautions to be taken before going to ultrasound of abdomen

It is usually done in patients with previous history of multiple abortions. It is not done in every cases.
In this test, we are actually looking for certain autoimmune conditions which might predispose to abortions.
It is a simple blood test and no precautions are required prior to the test.
