Why Is Ascard Prescribed In Pregnancy?

I m 5weeks pregnant my last lmp is 19feb 2017but my dr said that there is no sac so is there any chances of pregnancy n i have too much back pain is it normal m so much worried plzzz help when sac is seen n dr give m ascard or duphaston medicine plzzzbtell me y she gave me ascard

Hi, I think these medicines are given to support the pregnancy. But if there is no sac, I think you may be having a biochemical pregnancy.
