General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Duphaston is a progestin medicine and is equally used for menstrual irregularities and for infertility treatment due to luteal deficiency and other causes.

So Your Doctor has prescribed this medicine for both scenarios and is rightly scheduled by him/her.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
