I am 39 yrs and PCOS.
No period at all without taking duphaston.
Married at 23 and got a baby at 28, with laproscopy, metformin intake.
I am taking metformin 3 in a day.
Now duphaston taken, no period even after 20days.

PCOS its self cause of irregular periods , so you have to go for hormonal therapy for 3 months to correct this problem. so that your periods will become normal , you can also go for hormonal essay to rule out any hormonal abnormality which it self cause the irregular periods.
