Why Is A White Protrusion Seen In The Site Of Septoplasty Surgery?

I had a septoplasty about 12 days ago everything was fine ive passes a "booger" with a stitch and now three. I can also see something white im not sure if this is the bone or not. im not in any major pain just some minor burning. maybe because its dry? is this normal? would I be able to see bone or cartlidge?
