Why Is A Woman Unable To Conceive?

hai sri my friend had gone an PELVIS SCAN REPORT and the report shows like UTERUS=Anteverted,measures 56*36mm &Myometrium showed homogenous myometrial echoes ans she also gone for 1year treatment but still she's not yet conceived is their any issues with this report?

I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.
There is no issue seen in this report.
everything is normal.
I want to know some details regarding her menstural cycle
Is it regular or not??
I would advise her to for serum FSH and Serum LH levels on 2nd day of her menstural cycle.
After that go for Follicular tracking ( Pelvic Ultrasound for ovum size) on 12th day of her cycle.
Ask her to write again with these reports or consult with Gynaecologist.
