what is for duralast 30 used .I am Having ED problem in scan it was found that the velocity of blood in arteries is poor due to Plaques in the penile arteleries

Based on the findings in Penile Doppler Scan the cause of your problem of Erectile Dysfunction is vasculogenic in nature and is due to inadequate blood flow through penile arteries to the erectile tissue ,
In such a situation drugs like Sildenafil (Viagra)or Dapoxetin (Duralast ) will not help to achieve hard erection .
You need to take intracavernosal injection of Alprostadil (Caverjet ) .Consult qualified Urologist for guidance and further treatment .
