hi im a bit embarresed by this, I am a straight 18 year old lad, i have no problems getting aroused when masterbating, but when it comes to having sex with my girlfriend i can't seem to get propely aroused or maintain an errection, do you know what could be wrong with me as this is causing a strain on our relation ship?

Hi, mainly erection during sex depends on production of nitric oxide NO , which depends on the sexual stimulation and relaxation...The reason could be stress, anxiety etc....I would like to advise to get relax before sex and increase the duration of foreplay period....And finally drugs like sildenafil can help you sustain with nitric oxide
