Why is it that when I am exposed to sunlight do I feel like my skin is burning and I get a very blotchy red rash that resembles hives. This happens even through clothing. I burn very easily and quickly even with sunscreen. I have Rhumatoid Arthritis, Ankolsing spondylitis, and Fibromyalgia among other health issues. This is becoming an even bigger problem lately and it happens even when riding in a vehicle.
