Why Is My 80 Year Old Mother Having Dizzy Spells?

hello, i,m worried about my 80yr old mother who had a valve replacement 1yr ago she, does,nt look well at all latley, she,s got thyroid trouble on warfrin,water tablets, get gout a lot and sufferinf from cellulitus, her face and ears are like transparent, she,s started to have dizzy spells what,s happening .

1. Get her blood pressure evaluated. Check her haemoglobin levels.
2. She could be possibly having dehydration or could be suffering from dizziness due to postural variation. Postural hypotension is common at this age due to baroreceptor abnormality.
3. Risk of fall is present. She might require support during movement. Avoid sharp edges surrounding her. Get a carpet and she might require walking stick to avoid any fall. Improve her nutrition. Get her blood pressure evaluated and also with change of posture.
