Why Is My Baby Suffering From On And Off Fever ?
my baby has been running a fever of 102 on and off for the pass week and she has foul smelling bowel movements, she cries like she is in major pain and just lay around lethargic and teething could she be sick or just teething?

102 temperature is unlikely due to teething. if your child is lying down sick as well, please take her to hospital & get her evaluated with blood, urine & stool evaluation.

As she has fevr and foul smelling stools it is probably a intestinal infection and has colicky pain that is why she is crying.May be abit dehydrated so she is lethargic give plenty of fluids. Better see a doctor near by
