my 6 month old baby did not do the poo from yesterday but very little amount of black color just like a black dot type of thing coming out from her vagina. can someone please help me what is this and why its happening and what to do next?

There must be an infection or mild bleeding from her gastrointestinal tract. Is she having any abdominal pain. If there is no pain you can relax. Don't worry. If she is irritable, not accepting feeds, weak, then take her to the ER. Feed her well with soft bland diet, hydrate well also.
