i am 39 years old male. i have diabetese since last ay3 years, fbs is 160 pp is 195. i am taking Mclazide - M two tablets twice a day. my question is, i go for morning walk for 50 mins every day. after morning walk or any excercise my blood sugar increases instead of decreasing. why is that so? should i reduce or stop exercise?

In diabetes as the time pass by, The tablets some times may not be potent enough to increase insulin and hence controlling blood glucose. May be this could be in your case.
