Why Is My Body Temperature Fluctuating?

Hi I am a 42 year old female and My body temp is fluctuating The past few days , I have been sweating bad at night during sleep and am expecting my period but haven t got it yet, it can come at very different times of the month, I also have mixed connective tissue disorder, had a positive ana for many years but have been negative for the past two , I see a rhumetologist regularly, have an appt, next week and am pretty aware of my body , exercise regularly just not sure whats going on was hoping to find a few suggestions on whats happening

Hello,
At the time of menstruation, ur body temperature increases somewhat and u can feel warmth in ur body...
Also some women approach to menopause at your age so there might be hormonal imbalance in your body...
Eventhough you have connective tissue disorder , but it is well under control , So my advice to you to consult a gynecologist and councell yourself..
You should not be worried too much and relax...
