Why Is My Daughter Having Rash Like Red Spots On Her Soft Palate?
My daughter has red spots, almost rash like, on her soft palate. The doctor said it looked like classic strep. She has been on an antibiotic for 4 days and the rash like spots are spreading. The pain is worse. She saw her pediatrician today and he thinks it may be a rare throat virus he has only read about. What is the name of that possible virus?

the features looks like you have got herpes virus infection(zoster) consult a oral physician immediately...take symptomatic treatment like pain killers and topical anesthetic like anabel gel 3-4times daily apply on the ulcers..drink lot of water...
