Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
It is my pleasure to help you.
I have reviewed your history, as your daughter is having red and tender ear with irritation.
It would be the infection of the external ears and the symptoms are supporting this.
For my patients I would have advised immediate apply of warm heating pad over the tender ears it may reduce the pain.
Your daughter may require antibiotics and analgesics for the treatment of ear infection.
I would suggest you to take your daughter to your treating doctor and take medicine on his prescription.
Hope i have cleared your doubt. Feel free to ask query.
Thank you.
