Why Is My Father S Nose And Face Swollen?

My father went in to the doctors Monday with his face swollen up along with his nose which is MAJORLY swollen up. Not sure the anti-biotic is working. Should we take him to emergency? Could he be having an allergic reaction to something?? He can not blow his nose or even touch it!!

After going through the description,it seems he is having infection(cellulitis)from ? tooth caries or allergic reaction.what about blood test?Is he diabetic?
