Why Is My Headache Preventing Me From Working Out In Gym?

I took c4 preworkout, worked out at the gym and in the middle of my gym session I started to get a headache to which I couldn t workout anymore. It has now been a couple of hours since I took it and my head is getting worse and worse. I am a 17 year old girl, normal weight.

Its certain that you are not tolerating the pre workout supplement. This would be a reversible phenomenon and the things should be fine after some hours. You may take paracetamol tablets as of now if the pain is unbearable. From next time try avoiding such supplements.
